A new name = a fresh start.
What we needed was a clean slate—starting with a new brand name: Trinity Health FirstCare Walk-In Clinic. Fresh and bold brand messaging was designed to flip the script, driving home all the conveniences FirstCare promises, from walk-in care for all ages, to expanded hours, and improved services including pharmacy, lab and radiology.
One clear cohesive service line strategy brought together traditional, digital and environmental marketing as we connected with audiences by boosting awareness, changing perceptions and bringing patients through the door. Local print and digital ads, radio spots and outdoor advertising generated awareness for the re-positioned clinic. New environmental clinic signage improved access and visibility, getting patients in quicker and easier for better care and an improved patient experience.
Trinity Health is changing the game when it comes to preference and reputation in walk-in clinics. Beyond that, we’re setting the bar high in terms of patient-centered care and service for all of our providers and employees through FirstCare Walk-In Clinic’s example.
