Augusta University Health, a renowned academic health system, was on a mission to extend its world-class academic medicine to as many patients as possible throughout the region. This mission led AU Health to launch a major initiative, expanding ambulatory sites throughout its service areas and bringing care to outlying communities that offered unprecedented access to academic medicine.

This ambulatory service needed a name — and it needed a campaign to grow awareness and utilization. Take a look at how Ten Adams helped bring it all together during this time of exponential growth.

Welcome to Augusta University Care Centers.

Ten Adams helped launch the all-new Augusta University Care Centers by extending a warm welcome to families throughout the service area, inviting them to make an appointment at their nearest care center. We used the power of digital to help give the locations a universal front door, creating a website designed specifically for the care centers, with the initial design driven by mobile.

The complete mix of print, digital, social and broadcast was used to make sure our welcome was felt throughout the communities, including a strong outdoor campaign that gave a physical presence to the brand, demonstrating the breadth and proximity of these care centers.

The Results

Say Hello to Powerful Outcomes.

With the addition of nine care centers in the first year, our campaign launch was just as strong, reaching 47,861,350 impressions in that same year. Of those patients who visited Augusta University Care Centers during that time, 13% were new to the health system. The care center website also saw impressive results, including:
